This 1 hour MS Teams workshop will focus on allocating the Mental Health Phase of Care (PoC) in Older Person Mental Health Services. The workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the different attributes of each PoC and review different scenarios for allocating PoC in community and inpatient services.
The workshop will be held 11am - 12noon (NSW, VIC, ACT, TAS, QLD); so starting at 10:30am (SA, NT); 9:00am (WA). To register, click on the button below. We will follow up your registration with a meeting invite that should populate in your calendars for the time relevant to your state or territory.
