Mental health outcome measures workshop (Older Person)
Join us for an interactive online workshop exploring the key outcome measures used in public sector adult mental health services, including HoNOS65+, LSP, Phase of Care (PoC) and consumer-rated measures.
Learn how to correctly complete these measures, including the practical rules and rating decisions that support their accurate and consistent use. Participants will develop an understanding of when and why outcome measures are collected, how the different measures work together to build a picture of consumer needs, functioning and outcomes, and how this information can be used to support clinical practice, service planning and quality improvement.
This workshop is suitable for clinicians and others involved in the collection, interpretation or use of mental health outcome data.
