Availability of New Online Training Modules

AMHOCN has released new training modules on the AMHOCN Online Learning website, including:

  • Clinician and Consumer Rated Measures in Care Planning;
  • Using the Consumer Self-Assessment Outcome Measures in Practice; and
  • Introducing the NOCC Measures into Team Reviews (separate modules are available for Child & Adolescent, Adult, and Older Person services)

Modules are available under the category of  “Using the Measures: Clinical Practice and Quality Improvement.”  The website contains other modules on rating the:

  • National Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) measures (e.g., the HoNOSCA / HoNOS / HoNOS65+, LSP-16, Phase of Care); and
  • Experience measures  (YES, YES PHN, YES CMO and CES).

A simple registration process is required to access any modules on the AMHOCN Online Learning website.
