The Training and Service Development component of AMHOCN was funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Health to develop a consumer self report measure that focuses on aspects of social inclusion and recovery. The tool that has been developed is known as the Living in the Community Questionnaire (LCQ) and is designed to explore aspects of a consumer's life in the community including social activities, participation in employment or study, living situation and physical health care.
You can view a sample copy of the Living in the Community Questionnaire. However, if you would like to access and use the LCQ, please complete the fields below. You will then be able to download the Living in the Community Questionnaire (LCQ). Resources to support the use of the LCQ in services have also been developed:
The Final Report on the development of the Living in the Community Questionnaire is also available to download. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact AMHOCN Network Coordinator, Rosemary Dickson, by email or phone: 02 9840 3833.
