Community Managed Organisations Outcome Measures Project

AMHOCN collaborated with Community Mental Health Australia (CMHA) on a project focused on the use of outcome measures in mental health community managed organisations (CMOs) across Australia. The result of that project is a guidebook that offers recommendations on tools that can be used by mental health CMOs and useful information on issues to consider when implementing, using and reporting outcome measurement in organisations. The guidebook was informed by initial work which which involved scoping the current use of measures in the sector and a literature review to identify potential measures with suitability for the sector.
