Reporting domains of the experience of service measures: YES, YES CMO, YES PHN, CES

A domain is essentially a collection of items that describe a single construct. This document describes the domains that can be used in reporting the information collected by the experience of service tools being used in Australia in public sector mental health services, community managed organisations and Primary Health Networks.
