Reporting Mental Health Outcomes for Indigenous Consumers

4 March, 2021

AMHOCN has been reporting the results of the National Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) via an online platform for over 10 years. Recently, AMHOCN has begun reporting of Indigenous status. This short video will focus on the results of the NOCC for Indigenous consumers, drawing upon results generated from the AMHOCN reporting tools (wDST and Reports Portal) that are freely available on the AMHOCN website. The video will highlight the variation in HoNOS and LSP-16 ratings between Indigenous and non-Indigenous consumers and explore the outcomes of care across inpatient and ambulatory services and jurisdictions. The video concludes with an examination of the completion of the consumer self-report measures - the K-10, BASIS-32 and MHI-38.
