Partnering with Consumers: NOCC and Experience Measures

Join Our Interactive Forum: Exploring the Use of NOCC, YES & CES Measures to Support Accreditation and Quality Improvement

You're invited to an engaging and interactive forum to be held on Tuesday 11th of November, 2pm to 3.30pm AEDT (check the time as it relates to your state or territory).

This forum will be focused on how the National Outcomes and Casemix Collection (NOCC) measures, the Your Experience of Service (YES) Survey, and the Carer Experience Survey (CES) can be used to:

  • Strengthen partnerships with consumers and carers;
  • Support continuous quality improvement; and
  • Demonstrate alignment with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.

This forum will place a strong emphasis on the consumer perspective and the lived experience of both consumers and carers. These voices will be central to the discussion, helping to shape how services are assessed, improved, and aligned with recovery-oriented practice.

You’ll explore how outcome and experience information can:

  • Inform person-centred, recovery-oriented care;
  • Enhance clinical assessment and engagement;
  • Deepen understanding of the consumer experience; and
  • Support monitoring and reporting for accreditation and service excellence.

Whether you're involved in clinical governance, consumer partnership or comprehensive care, this forum offers valuable insights into using these measures to drive meaningful change and elevate the quality of mental health services.
